Who we are

Candidates
- What. Your name, contact details, CV, the profile we build from it, your answers to our questions, the roles you said yes or no to, and the emails between us.
- Why. To match you to roles, to present you to a company after your yes for that role, and to keep in touch about your search. Legal basis: your consent, which you give at registration and can withdraw at any time.
- Sharing. Your profile goes to a company only after your explicit yes for that specific role. Anonymous profiles carry no name, employer or contact details.
- Retention. 12 months from registration or your last update; we ask you before we renew. After withdrawal or deletion only anonymous statistics remain.
Contacts at companies
- What. Business name, job title, business email, and our correspondence.
- Why. To offer engineers for open roles (our legitimate interest in B2B outreach, weighed against yours; see our legitimate-interest assessment on request), and to run our contracts with clients.
- Opt out. Every email carries a one-click opt-out link. A stop means we never write again.
How we use AI
We use AI to match your profile to roles. A person makes every decision. You can ask us how a match was made. Automated tools never send a CV, sign anything, or decide on a person.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent. Write to hi@vskglobalinfotech.com; we acknowledge within a few days and answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no third-party trackers, which is why there is no cookie banner.
